1. Data controller and purpose

MUV.ART S.A.S., identified by Colombian Tax Identification Number (NIT) 901.427.146-9, operates the TuCesion.com brand and platform and is domiciled in Bogotá D.C., Colombia.

This policy explains what cookies and similar technologies are, the purposes they may serve, and the rules governing their use and management on tucesion.com. It supplements our Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy.

You can contact us at contacto@tucesion.com.

2. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser and that may be sent to the corresponding website during subsequent visits or requests.

Other technologies, such as local storage and session storage, allow information to be stored in the browser. Pixels, tags and similar tools can record interactions or transmit information, even without placing cookies.

These technologies can serve different purposes. Their use and the processing of the information they generate must be consistent with the purposes disclosed to users.

3. Purposes and categories

These technologies are classified according to their purpose. Describing the following categories does not mean that all of them are present on the platform:

CategoryPurpose
Strictly necessaryEnable essential functions requested by users, such as authentication, session management and security. They must not be used for advertising.
PreferencesRemember user choices, such as language or display options. Whether they are necessary or optional depends on the specific function.
Analytics and measurementAssess the use and performance of a platform. An aggregated report does not necessarily mean that the information collected is anonymous.
Advertising and marketingMeasure campaigns, attribute results or personalize advertising communications. These purposes must be disclosed and covered by the required authorization.

Classifying a technology as strictly necessary does not, by itself, remove any applicable authorization requirements for processing personal data.

4. Authorization and user choice

Where the use of these technologies involves personal data processing that requires authorization, prior informed authorization must be obtained through a mechanism that provides evidence of the user's choice.

Reading this policy, remaining silent or simply browsing does not, by itself, constitute authorization for advertising purposes. Accepting the terms of service must not be interpreted as blanket authorization for all processing purposes either.

Optional technologies requiring consent must not be activated before that consent is obtained. Rejecting them must not prevent access to core functions that do not depend on them.

You may request information about your authorizations and request withdrawal of authorization or deletion where applicable by emailing contacto@tucesion.com, following the procedure in our Privacy Policy. This channel handles personal data requests; it does not replace browser controls or prior authorization where required.

5. Browser settings

You can view, block or delete cookies and other site data through your browser's privacy and security settings. The available options depend on the browser and device you use.

Blocking necessary technologies may affect sign-in, saved preferences or certain functions. Deleting cookies may require you to sign in or select your preferences again.

Deleting cookies does not automatically delete information previously received by TuCesion.com or a third party. It does not necessarily block all tracking technologies either.

6. Personal data and third parties

Where the information collected can directly or indirectly identify a person, it will be processed in accordance with applicable Colombian law and our Privacy Policy.

Using technology providers does not remove TuCesion.com's applicable obligations regarding transparency, authorization and data protection. The rules concerning data processors, recipients and international data operations are explained in our Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy.

7. Duration and retention

Session technologies are linked to the browser session according to their configuration; persistent technologies may remain until they expire or are deleted. Signing out of an account does not necessarily delete all cookies or local storage.

The lifetime of an identifier on a device differs from the retention period for information collected through it. Personal data retention is governed by the disclosed purposes, applicable obligations and the criteria set out in our Privacy Policy.

8. Rights and requests

You may access, update and correct your personal data, request proof of authorization where applicable, obtain information about how your data is used, and request withdrawal of authorization or deletion where appropriate.

To exercise these rights, email contacto@tucesion.com and clearly describe your request. Requirements, response periods and other conditions are available in our Privacy Policy.

9. Updates

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the use of technologies, processing purposes or applicable requirements. The last updated date appears at the beginning of this document.

Publishing a change does not replace obtaining new authorization when it is required.
