In football, a loan takes a player to a new team. At TuCesión, an assignment takes a home still under construction to a new owner.
Your move
Which side of the pitch are you on?
I'm looking for a home
Step into a project already underway
Compare assignments by city, stage and price, and decide with all the information.
I want to sell
Get your money back before handover
List your assignment and reach buyers who are already looking.
How it works
Three touches to get started
- Step 1
Tell us your move
Choose whether you're buying or selling and tell us how to reach you.
- Step 2
An advisor writes to you
We contact you using the details you shared to understand your case and explain the next step.
- Step 3
You decide with clarity
You review the information with your advisor and move forward only when you're ready.
Your money doesn't go through TuCesión
We connect buyers and sellers and give you the information to decide. We never receive or handle your money.
Frequently asked questions
Before you take the first step
What is an assignment?
It's the transfer of a purchase contract for a property that is still being built: whoever already signed it hands their place to someone else.
What details do you need and why?
Your name and a phone number or email. City is optional. We use your details to contact you about your interest, in line with the Privacy Policy.
Can I reach out if I'm still exploring?
Yes. You don't need to have everything figured out: tell us whether you plan to buy or sell and the city you're interested in, and your advisor will help you clarify the rest.
I found my opportunity. And you?
Buy an assignment or sell yours. Your play starts here.
